DYT series Electro-hydraulic pusher is hydraulic drive device which integrates electricity,mechanism and hydraulics.It is widely used as drive and control device for various valves, penstock,pendulum and steering mechanism in metallurgical,building,chemical,port handling machinery and cranes.It is a deal solution for replacing the traditional motor-driven pusher,oil cylinder with hydraulic station and air cylinder with air unit.
Main Design Features:

1.Base on the parameters of pulling force, pulling speed and stroke during the order of this type, and please look up the relevant parameters of pulling force and pulling speed from the table 3 to the table 5 to assure the order type of the if the selecting type accord to the parameters of pushing force and pushing speed .
2.Please ceil the values of stroke to the recommending ones if the values of stroke are different from these of the recommending values during the selecting types (note : not more then the maximum values of stroke under a certain load ,refer to the table 3 to the table 5) , or please inquire the technical section of the company about these .
3.The invalid load is a prescriptive term of this type , that is to say , not working load , the direction of the load force is the same as the piston rod of electro-hydraulic pusher , if the piston rod of electro-hydraulic pusher is pressed by load , mark “ plus” ; if the piston rod of electro-hydraulic pusher is pulled by load , mark “ minus”
4.The setting angle of pusher is included angle of pusher axis and horizontal when the pusher are working , formulate marking nothing when the hydrocylinder’s axes parallel the horizontal line , otherwise (as shown to the right), marking “plus” or “minus” to distinct them during the order.
5.The window's direction should be convenient for maintaining.The nameplate and the oil level indicator are on the window,and the junction box of motor is against the side of the window.
6.Two limit-switches are equipped when "S" is indicated(original limit and pusher's maximum range limit),which are installed under the pusher. Please indicate in words if any special requirements needed.
