OPTALIGN Touch

OPTALIGN touch is a user-friendly device suitable for daily centering operations. The touch screen computer intuitively guides the user through the measurement procedure, so anyone can use the centering tool. The eye-catching color touch screen is combined with a powerful computer to simplify difficult tasks without sacrificing precision.
The new OPTALIGN touch laser measurement system consists of a touch computer and PRUFTECHNIK sensALIGN 5 sensor/laser unit. WiFi interface and cloud-based file transfer have completely opened the door to the world of wireless communication. This technology can also start from any angular position where the sensor stops, and synchronously monitor the vertical and horizontal machine calibration.
OPTALIGN touch provides all the known PRUFTECHNIK functions required for daily alignment tasks: measurement in scan mode, synchronized real-time movement, InfiniRange, switching machine functions, soft foot detection, dynamic tolerance (TolChek), thermal expansion compensation, etc.
OPTALIGN touch is a new benchmark suitable for daily alignment tasks. Its application areas include: pumps, motors, gearboxes and compressors, etc. By quickly and simply upgrading the laser/sensor unit to the advanced sensALIGN 7, more demanding alignment tasks, such as Live Trend for measuring machine position changes, can be easily performed.
