VIBGuard

VIBGUARD IIoT provides 12, 16 or 20 measurement channel options for parallel and simultaneous sampling. Even the most complex equipment can achieve continuous monitoring and prevent unplanned downtime.
VIBGUARD IIoT runs automatically and performs measurement tasks automatically. Measurement data such as time signal, characteristic value, FFT spectrum, dynamic wave path (orbit) or torque can be processed in parallel and almost real-time, and correlated with the running production process. Fast data processing makes VIBGUARD IIoT a perfect monitoring and diagnostic system for systems with short operating cycles, such as cranes, machine tools, presses or machines with highly dynamic processes such as test benches, wind turbines or chain conveyors. Using VIBGUARD IIoT can also easily and effectively monitor all important fans and pumps.
VIBGUARD IIoT can measure time signals, overall values, FFT spectrum, shock pulses, orbits, etc. on 12, 16 or 20 parallel channels, and is suitable for almost all types of signal inputs. Vibration, speed pulse, temperature, and any other relevant diagnostic inputs (such as torque) are processed and can be correlated with the actual manufacturing process.
The measurement is seamlessly integrated into the process control system through the MQTT interface. Intelligent data management tools can achieve effective data reduction.
Advanced alarm processing tools such as variable frequency band alarms and frequency band trends can be used to monitor specific machine faults such as imbalance, misalignment, gear meshing and bearing failures.
VIBGUARD IIoT can be easily connected to the buffered output of the real-time protection system for in-depth analysis and monitoring of turbomachinery.
